Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Principal Project Management Consultant to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs with significant business and technology impact.

This role requires strategic leadership, executive presence, and experience driving complex initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization, with budgets, risks, and governance managed across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing projects or programs using established project lifecycle methodologies (SDLC, process management, or organizational change).
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing project or program budgets.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing programs.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing large, complex projects in a corporate environment.
• Proven expertise in program governance, risk management, change management, and cross-functional delivery.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide programs and multiple interdependent workstreams from strategy and planning through execution, launch, and stabilization.
• Translate business strategy into actionable project roadmaps, priorities, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with senior business, IT, operations, financial, physician, and vendor stakeholders.
• Influence executive decisions and drive alignment across teams without direct reporting authority.
• Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, schedules, and business cases.
• Establish effective program governance, project management methodologies, performance metrics, and reporting processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes across complex initiatives.
• Monitor program delivery against timelines, budgets, scope, quality standards, and strategic objectives.
• Lead organizational change management, including stakeholder communications, implementation planning, user adoption, and training.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources, resolve delivery obstacles, and provide guidance to project leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, prioritization, and effective program execution.
• Manage third-party vendors, evaluate performance, support contract negotiations, and resolve vendor-related issues.
• Partner with executive sponsors and governance committees to facilitate decisions and maintain accountability.
• Communicate program progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership.
