The successful candidate will drive value from planning through stabilization, overseeing $15M–$50M programs and collaborating with senior leaders. Hybrid onsite work includes Portland, OR, with national coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing projects or programs using established lifecycles (SDLC, process management, or organizational change).
• 10+ years of experience managing project or program budgets.
• 8+ years of experience managing programs.
• 5+ years of experience implementing large, complex projects in a corporate environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading project teams.
• Proven expertise in program governance, risk management, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide programs and multiple interdependent workstreams from strategy and planning through execution, launch, and stabilization.
• Translate business strategy into actionable project roadmaps, priorities, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Build relationships with senior business, IT, operations, financial, physician, and vendor stakeholders.
• Influence executive decisions and drive alignment across teams without direct reporting authority.
• Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, schedules, and business cases.
• Establish governance, methodologies, metrics, and reporting for programs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes across initiatives.
• Monitor delivery against timelines, budgets, scope, quality, and objectives.
• Lead organizational change management including communications, adoption, and training.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and guide project leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and prioritization.
• Manage third-party vendors and support contract negotiations.
