Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Principal Project Management Consultant to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs with significant business and technology impact.

This role oversees programs valued between $15 million and $50 million, aligning objectives with technology solutions while managing budgets, risks, governance, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 10+ years managing projects or programs in a corporate setting.
• 10+ years budgeting experience across programs.
• 8+ years managing programs and complex projects.
• 5+ years leading project teams and large-scale transformations.
• Strong financial management and ability to build business cases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide programs and multiple interdependent workstreams.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resource plans and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
• Drive change management and stakeholder communications.
• Report progress to executive sponsors and governance committees.
