Job summary

IPM is seeking a Business Technology Consultant to lead strategy, planning and management of enterprise technology projects across diverse client engagements in the US. You will partner with client leadership and delivery teams to drive project strategy and execution, ensuring outcomes align with business objectives and client needs.

The role requires 4–10 years of related experience, strong PM skills, and ability to build high-performing teams in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field; advanced degrees a plus.
• 4–10 years in complex enterprise tech implementations (ERP/CRM/QMS/WMS/SCM/PLM/PPM/HRIS).
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of disciplined project management processes; Six Sigma or PMP a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; effective across organizational levels.
• Able to adapt quickly to new situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise business technology initiatives or transformations.
• Lead business process assessments and continuous improvement for enterprise systems.
• Develop and drive integrated project strategies and plans.
• Manage projects within scope, schedule and budget per IPM standards.
• Develop high-level strategies for project objectives.
• Establish and lead high-performance project teams; act as client advocate.
