Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Principal Project Management Consultant to lead large-scale transformation programs with significant business and technology impact. You will align objectives with technology solutions, manage budgets, risks, governance, and stakeholder expectations across cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on programs valued between $15 million and $50 million, requiring strategic thinking, executive communication, and strong program governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing projects or programs with standard lifecycle methodologies (SDLC, process management, or organizational change).
• 10+ years of experience managing project or program budgets.
• 8+ years of experience managing programs.
• 5+ years delivering large, complex corporate projects.
• 5+ years leading project teams.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise programs, including application development and technology transformation.
• Strong financial management skills: budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.
• Excellent executive communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.
• Proven governance, risk, change management, and cross-functional delivery.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes through complex transformations.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise-wide programs and multiple interdependent workstreams from strategy through stabilization.
• Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, priorities, and requirements.
• Build relationships with senior business, IT, operations, finance, and vendor stakeholders.
• Influence executive decisions and align teams without direct reporting lines.
• Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, resources, schedules, and business cases.
• Establish program governance, methodologies, metrics, and reporting processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Monitor delivery against timelines, budgets, scope, and objectives.
• Lead organizational change management, communications, and user adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and guide project leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and prioritization.
• Manage third-party vendors and contract negotiations.
