Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Principal Project Management Consultant to lead large-scale transformation programs with strategic impact across business and technology functions.

The role requires executive presence, extensive consulting experience, and proven ability to drive initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization, with programs valued between $15 million and $50 million.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 10+ years managing projects or programs across SDLC, process management, or organizational change.
• 10+ years budget management experience.
• 8+ years managing programs.
• 5+ years delivering large, complex corporate projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise programs and interdependent workstreams from strategy through stabilization.
• Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Build relationships with senior business, IT, operations, finance, physicians, and vendors.
• Influence executive decisions and align teams without direct reporting lines.
• Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and business cases.
• Establish governance, PM methodologies, metrics, and reporting processes.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes across initiatives.
• Monitor delivery against timelines, budgets, and quality goals.
• Lead organizational change management, including communications and user adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources to remove blockers.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization.
• Manage third-party vendors and support contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors to drive accountability.
• Communicate program progress and recommendations to senior leadership.
