Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/CS/MIS or related field.
• 10+ years managing projects/programs with SDLC, process management, or organizational change.
• 10+ years budgets management.
• 8+ years managing programs.
• 5+ years implementing large, complex projects in a corporate environment.
• 5+ years leading project teams.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise programs with development and technology transformation.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.
• Excellent executive communication, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Proven governance, risk management, change management, and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide programs and multiple interdependent workstreams from strategy and planning through execution, launch, and stabilization.
• Translate business strategy into actionable project roadmaps, priorities, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with senior business, IT, operations, financial, physician, and vendor stakeholders.
• Influence executive decisions and drive alignment across teams without direct reporting authority.
• Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, schedules, and business cases.
• Establish effective program governance, project management methodologies, performance metrics, and reporting processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes across complex initiatives.
• Monitor program delivery against timelines, budgets, scope, quality standards, and strategic objectives.
• Lead organizational change management, including stakeholder communications, implementation planning, user adoption, and training.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources, resolve delivery obstacles, and provide guidance to project leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, prioritization, and effective program execution.
• Manage third-party vendors, evaluate performance, support contract negotiations, and resolve vendor-related issues.
• Partner with executive sponsors and governance committees to facilitate decisions and maintain accountability.
• Communicate program progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership.
