Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, CS, MIS, or related field.
• 10+ years managing programs with SDLC, process management, or org change.
• 10+ years budgeting experience.
• 8+ years managing programs.
• 5+ years leading project teams.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise programs incl. app development and tech transformation.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and business case skills.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven governance, risk, and change management expertise.
• Delivers measurable outcomes from transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide programs and multiple interdependent workstreams from strategy to stabilization.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, priorities, requirements and outcomes.
• Build relationships with senior business, IT, operations, finance, physician and vendor stakeholders.
• Influence executive decisions and align teams without direct reporting authority.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, resource plans, schedules, and business cases.
• Establish governance, PM methodologies, metrics, and reporting processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Monitor delivery against timelines, budgets, scope, quality and objectives.
• Lead organizational change management, including communications, adoption and training.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources and resolve obstacles.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and execution.
• Manage third-party vendors, evaluate performance, and support contracts.
• Partner with executives to facilitate decisions and governance.
• Communicate progress and recommendations to senior leadership.
