Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager / PLM Program Manager to own end-to-end programs across the product lifecycle—from concept through release, sustaining, and end‑of‑life. The role requires 6+ years in engineering program management, 5+ years in Agile environments, and hands-on experience with Jira and Smartsheet.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage risks, and deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program/product management experience in engineering.
• 5+ years working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid).
• 5+ years owning product release execution across lifecycle.
• 4+ years using Jira and Smartsheet for scheduling and reporting.
• PMP/PMI-ACP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex programs across multiple functions and projects.
• Develop and oversee integrated schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and recoveries to meet product objectives.
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership.
• Drive innovation and enforce governance across engineering and manufacturing.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members.
