About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks—it requires someone who can anticipate needs, handle a variety of responsibilities with efficiency, and create seamless workflows to optimize the CEO’s time. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, remains calm under pressure, and has a natural ability to problem-solve and adapt. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order in dynamic environments and is passionate about maximizing efficiency for a high-level executive.

Some of the responsibilities you should expect are the following:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and reminders to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, draft correspondence, and liaise with internal and external contacts.
  • Schedule and prepare for meetings, take notes, track action items, and follow up as needed.
  • Keep workspaces, files, and schedules structured and optimized for productivity.
  • Support special projects, research, and presentations as assigned.
  • Manage sensitive information with absolute professionalism and confidentiality.
About You

  • Exceptionally organized with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills—able to prioritize and shift focus quickly.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable handling both professional and personal tasks with discretion.
  • Experience managing executive calendars, travel arrangements, and daily logistics.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in scheduling tools, email management, and basic research.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and priorities.
