ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance / Construction Company serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week / 24 hours a day for over 30 years. We are actively recruiting an experienced EXECUTIVE / PERSONAL ASSISTANT to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Executive / Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company owners.

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, be able to work independently, and be a quick and efficient decision maker.

The candidate must have the ability to perform the following tasks and possess the following skills:

  • Conduct research and investigations, make recommendations, or find solutions to issues, including unfamiliar ones.
  • Be an out-of-the-box thinker.
  • Respect others but be assertive enough to push for answers.
  • Influence without authority and persuade effectively.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Position Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Proven tech-savviness; must successfully complete a computer assessment.
  • At least 6+ years of experience in administrative functions.
  • Experience in at least one role with 5+ years at the same company.
  • Strong employment history demonstrating consistency.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to think quickly, assess situations, and act with urgency.
  • Must meet all pre-employment requirements.
