Proofpoint is seeking a Vice President, People Strategy Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to a member of the Executive Leadership Team and lead strategy across organizational design, talent development, and workforce planning. This role demands executive presence, business acumen, and the ability to influence across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field required; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership with executive experience.
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives in enterprise software, SaaS or tech organizations.
• Proven ability to shape organizational design, leadership development, and talent strategy at scale.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR advisor to Executive Leadership Team member and senior leaders.
• Develop and execute an integrated people strategy aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Partner on organizational design, operating models, workforce planning, and capability improvements.
• Coach senior executives on leadership effectiveness and team dynamics.
