Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Business Data Analyst to lead the talent analytics data strategy across workforce planning, headcount, requisitions, and hiring projections. You will own data quality, pipelines, and dashboards, partnering with executives to shape decisions.

The role requires building scalable analytics and AI-driven insights to empower senior leaders and business stakeholders across the talent lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, HR, or related field.
8+ years of experience in business/data analytics with talent analytics ownership.
Hands-on experience deploying AI agents for talent insights at scale.
Knowledge of data warehouses, pipelines, and architectures.
Experience automating reporting and building scalable dashboards.
Strong data quality and governance instincts.
Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end data strategy across talent analytics including workforce planning and talent acquisition.
Lead data quality, pipelines, and architecture to enable trusted dashboards and reporting.
Build intuitive dashboards and visuals for people leaders and stakeholders.
Develop and deploy AI-enabled analytics to accelerate insights.
Partner with executives and SLT to present data and insights clearly.
