• Serve as senior analytical partner for leadership requests across the employee lifecycle
• Turn analysis into executive narratives with recommendations
• Partner with HRBPs, Directors, and VP+ to align analytics with leadership needs
• Influence decisions through storytelling and clear data-driven insights
• Develop and maintain executive reporting and analytics enablement across HR
