• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical office software
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality

• Strong interpersonal skills with genuine empathy and patience
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth and assist within the facility
• Coordinate and manage patient appointments and calendar management for executives and physicians
• Answer and route incoming calls and emails, prioritizing urgent matters
• Maintain patient records and documentation ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Assist patients with check-in, insurance verification, and forms
• Resolve patient concerns and escalate complex issues as needed
• Manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate with clinical and administrative staff to coordinate care
• Maintain a welcoming reception area and professional appearance
• Provide executive-level support for travel, meetings, and special requests
