Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare operations experience demonstrating improved efficiencies and patient-centered care.
• Proficiency with EMR, appointment scheduling systems, and payment collection processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with professional demeanor and cultural awareness.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all international and executive health patient inquiries and care experiences, including inpatient and outpatient visits and procedures.
• Lead the patient journey from initial request through completion of care, coordinating with patients, families, HFH physicians, administration, scheduling, medical records, and pricing departments.
• Serve as the primary liaison and advocate between patients, families, and clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Coordinate all concierge services and maintain constructive communication across all parties involved in patient care.
• Participate with department leadership in goal development and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
