Qualifications

• 4+ years of executive or administrative support experience, ideally in AI labs or tech startups.
• Track record of supporting technical leaders such as engineers or researchers.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for 3-4 technical leaders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between supported leaders and the rest of the company.
• Support recruiting coordination efforts.
• Track projects and commitments so nothing falls through the cracks.
