Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in enterprise software, strategic accounts, or related leadership roles.
• GTM experience in manufacturing, retail or healthcare is preferred.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-wide customer relationships with executive visibility.
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives and influence strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term strategy for a portfolio of strategic customer relationships to drive retention and revenue growth.
• Develop multi-year account strategies aligning customer priorities with UKG capabilities.
• Expand executive engagement across buying centers to deepen partnerships.
