Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in enterprise software, consulting, strategic account management, executive relationship management, customer transformation, or related leadership roles.
• GTM experience in manufacturing, retail or healthcare is preferred.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-wide customer relationships with significant commercial impact and executive visibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive long-term strategy for a portfolio of strategic customer relationships to increase value and sustainable revenue growth.
• Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligning customer priorities with UKG capabilities and roadmap.
• Establish governance frameworks and executive operating rhythms to drive accountability and progress.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver on customer priorities and transformation initiatives.
