Job summary

FlexUp is seeking seasoned corporate directors, senior managers, and executive leaders to pivot their operational expertise into a high-ticket, remote business model. You will lead growth strategies and manage direct-response client pipelines while leveraging turnkey CRM infrastructure and executive mentorship.

Responsibilities include conducting 1-on-1 interviews, executing client acquisition plans, and overseeing pipeline progression with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate management, operations, executive sales, or business consulting.
• Strong executive posture, high emotional intelligence, and clear phone/video communication skills.
• Ability to work self-directed 15–20 hours/week.
• Based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 qualification and vetting interviews with corporate leaders and high-caliber professionals.
• Execute strategic client acquisition plans using turnkey digital enterprise infrastructure.
• Oversee pipeline progression and manage prospect follow-ups using integrated CRM tools.
• Participate in high-level mastermind sessions and ongoing executive development.
