Job summary

Prompt is seeking a Program Lead, Executive Operations to partner with senior leaders and drive cross-functional execution across the business. You will translate priorities into clear plans, manage executive rhythms, and deliver measurable outcomes while keeping initiatives on track.

You will serve as a trusted strategic operator, weaving together strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and provide calendar, travel, meeting, and event support as needed to empower Prompt’s leadership team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to own an executive operating rhythm end-to-end.
• Experience driving cross-functional programs to completion without formal authority.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand how functions connect.
• Excellent written communication for executive audiences.
• Ability to create actionable plans from ambiguous discussions.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Comfort engaging with senior leaders as a delegated proxy.

Responsibilities

• Own executive and leadership operating rhythms end-to-end, including agendas, advance materials, decision capture, action items, and follow-through.
• Translate leadership discussions into clear decisions, named owners, deadlines, and measurable next steps.
• Drive commitments to completion across teams and proactively surface risks.
• Produce first drafts of executive briefing documents, All Hands content, and leadership reports.
• Build reporting in Google Sheets and Excel with clear commentary on numbers and leadership focus.
