Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in financial services, banking, or operations.
• Experience coordinating across lending, servicing, branch operations, IT, and enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support COO by strengthening execution, coordination, and follow-through on operational priorities.
• Organize decision materials, track commitments, and monitor project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to align priorities across executive leaders and teams.
• Support regulatory readiness through exam prep coordination and audit follow-ups.
• Drive enterprise process improvements, space planning, mergers, and large projects.
