Job summary

World Business Lenders is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to provide operational leadership across Lending Operations, Asset Resolution, and Loan Administration. You will work with senior leaders to integrate end-to-end processes and set performance standards.

This remote role requires 7+ years in operational leadership within financial services, a Bachelor's degree in business administration, and a track record of reducing bottlenecks and improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Experience in operations management within financial services is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead multiple functional teams and drive end-to-end process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall operational oversight across Lending Operations, Asset Resolution, and Loan Administration (Servicing).
• Coordinate with senior leadership to establish consistent processes and performance standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop escalations and prioritization for efficient resolution.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor end-to-end performance across the lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
