Job summary

World Business Lenders is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead and coordinate Lending Operations, Asset Resolution, and Loan Administration. The role focuses on end-to-end lifecycle management, process integration, and performance standards to drive efficiency and scale.

Reporting to the CEO, you will partner with senior leaders to optimize closing, valuation, and servicing activities, establishing KPIs and improving cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, operations, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations or related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across Lending Operations, Asset Resolution, and Loan Administration.
• Oversee Closing Operations, identify recurring issues, and coordinate with related functions.
• Monitor valuation, asset resolution, and servicing performance with KPIs.
• Lead end-to-end process management and cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for executive visibility.
