Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- 8–10 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
- Proven leadership experience within a financial institution.
- Strong regulatory, risk, and governance familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational planning as a member of the Executive Team.
- Champion modernization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate and mitigate major risk areas with policy development and oversight.
- Translate strategy into actionable department goals and metrics.
- Build organizational structure to support needs and growth.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve scalability and member experience.
