Job summary

World Business Lenders is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to drive end-to-end operational excellence across Lending Operations, Asset Resolution, and Loan Administration. You will partner with senior leaders to align processes, standards, and KPIs, ensuring a seamless asset lifecycle from intake to servicing.

In this role you will lead cross-functional teams, optimize efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and establish scalable processes to support growth while reporting to the CEO and guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall operational oversight across Lending Operations (Intake, Processing, Valuation, Underwriting, Title, and Closing), Asset Resolution, and Loan Administration (Servicing).
• Coordinate with functional leaders to establish priorities, service levels, performance expectations, and escalation processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, handoff issues, capacity constraints, and recurring problems across the lending pipeline.
• Monitor operational reporting and KPIs across the lending lifecycle and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives designed to improve efficiency, scalability, quality, and profitability.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and KPIs that provide visibility into operational performance.
• Establish expectations for operational accountability and performance management.
• Support the development of department leaders and appropriate succession and coverage within key operational functions.
• Serve as the operational liaison across Lending Operations, Asset Resolution, Loan Administration, and executive leadership.
