Job summary

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive long-term growth and member service initiatives.

You will partner with the executive team to align operations with strategic goals, foster collaboration, and lead innovation and process improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years of progressive credit union leadership experience are required.
• Advanced degrees and industry certifications are preferred.

• Ensures operational strategies align with the Credit Union’s long-term goals and exceptional member service.
