Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an active, prioritized tracking system for the COO’s commitments and follow‑ups.
• Ensure timely follow‑through on actions from meetings and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Support advancement of strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
• Monitor progress, anticipate needs, and identify bottlenecks or competing priorities.
• Escalate issues and recommend practical solutions to maintain progress.
