Job summary

Symmetry Software is seeking an autonomous Executive Operations Partner to act as the strategic right hand to the CEO. This senior role focuses on leadership operating rhythms, complex scheduling, and operational support for the steering committee during a growth transformation.

You will embed AI-driven workflows, draft communications and presentations, coordinate travel and events, manage budgets, and partner across teams to reduce friction and accelerate decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years supporting VP-level or above executives, including calendaring for multiple executives.
• Demonstrated AI fluency in designing, documenting, and adopting AI workflows.
• Autonomous, strategic working style with ability to handle ambiguity and high-stakes projects.
• Influence across leaders and teams through clarity, follow-through and discretion.
• Outstanding organization and judgment under pressure; detail-oriented with strong prioritization.
• Strong written and spoken communication, project management from conception to completion, confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own calendar management and meeting rhythms for multiple executives, resolving conflicts proactively.
• Partner with Insights & Operations Partner to operationalize meeting cadences.
• Embed AI-enabled systems to draft summaries, extract actions, triage inbox, and draft comms and decks; build repeatable workflows and documentation.
• Triage inboxes and represent the CEO with external partners on priorities, timelines and availability.
• Draft executive presentations, company-wide comms, and off-site materials with the CEO.
• Lead complex travel and events including quarterly travel for executives and team off-sites; coordinate cross-org logistics.
• Ensure seamless expense and budget processes for key executives in coordination with finance; improve administrative systems.
• Serve as trusted thought partner, identify risks, surface solutions, and shape workflows; act with delegated authority.
• Be a culture carrier, strengthening team identity and collaboration across the business.
• Influence beyond direct leaders across the business, anticipating needs and risks.
