Render in San Francisco seeks an Executive Business Partner to support the CEO, CFO, and Head of People. You’ll manage calendars, drive follow-through, and precisely represent leaders in writing and in person.

You’ll use AI as a productivity partner, draft executive communications, prepare briefing materials, coordinate travel, and help run internal events, blending discretion with high attention to detail across a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage complex calendars across three executives.
• Use AI to automate scheduling and streamline workflows.
• Draft, edit and proofread executive communications.
• Prepare polished briefing materials ahead of meetings.
• Take notes and drive follow-through on actions.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel end-to-end.
• Plan internal events and offsites from logistics to agenda.
• Track deadlines across channels; flag slipping priorities.
• Handle sensitive financial and people-related information.
• Serve as a trusted communication conduit within the company.
• Manage ad hoc research, vendor coordination, expenses, and ops.
• Support executives in representing company voice.
