Job description

The Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations is a sharp, analytical contributor who owns strategic workstreams and drives them to clear outputs. You'll work across the CSO team on strategic planning, market intelligence, investor engagement, and cross-functional initiatives — supporting the CEO and senior leadership with rigorous analysis and crisp communication. This is a global role.

You’ll play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution across the organization. You’ll partner closely with executive leadership to solve complex business challenges, improve organizational effectiveness, and accelerate execution against company priorities.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, operational discipline, and strong stakeholder management capabilities. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are highly collaborative, and have a proven ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional programs with clear timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Design scalable processes and workflows that improve efficiency, visibility, and business performance
  • Facilitate alignment across teams and ensure strategic initiatives remain on track
  • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, operational improvements, and organizational priorities
  • Develop executive‑ready recommendations, business cases, and strategic presentations for senior leadership and Board stakeholders
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business performance assessments to inform strategic decision‑making
  • Support development of mid‑ and long‑term strategic plans across products, markets, customer segments, and business functions
  • Prepare leadership communications, updates, and materials for executive meetings and stakeholder engagements
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and team productivity
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical applications across business functions
  • Support deployment and adoption of AI‑enabled workflows and scalable business solutions
What you’ll bring
  • 5+ years of experience with an MBB or top‑tier strategy boutique background
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or high‑growth environments preferred
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams and enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with AI‑enabled productivity tools, workflow automation, and business intelligence platforms
  • Comfort operating with significant autonomy in low‑structured environments
  • Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast‑paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow‑through
  • AI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomes
