Jiffy.com is seeking an Executive Business Partner to run the Office of the President. This role combines executive assistance with business operations across the President, COO, and senior leaders, including finance, data, and CX.

You will automate workflows, manage calendars, travel, and critical follow-through across multiple functions. The role emphasizes AI-enabled decision support, cross-functional project work, and learning the e-commerce/operations landscape, with hybrid work from Irvine

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years at a fast-moving company with an agile environment.
• 2+ years supporting senior leaders, running an executive office, or managing cross-functional projects.
• Portfolio of AI-built automations with measurable results (hours saved, errors avoided, or volume absorbed).
• Ability to verify AI outputs and catch errors.
• Hands-on data fluency in spreadsheets with ability to cite sources.

Responsibilities

• Own the President's calendar, travel, expenses, and logistics with high efficiency.
• Own cross-functional follow-through and weekly leadership cadence tracking.
• Lead AI-first workflows and automated reporting while applying judgment before sharing outputs.
• Own recurring cross-functional reports end-to-end with clear owners and deadlines.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and recruiting logistics in a fast-moving people function.
