Jiffy is seeking an Executive Business Partner to run the Office of the President and support the COO. You will manage the President’s calendar, travel, and communications while also performing operational tasks across departments including finance, data, engineering, CX, and Talent Acquisition.

This hybrid Irvine-based role combines executive duties with strategic business operations, enabled by AI-tools for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 2–5 years in a fast-moving company with an Agile environment.
• 2+ years supporting senior leaders, running an executive office, or managing cross-functional projects.
• Portfolio of AI-built automations with measurable outcomes.
• Strong data fluency in spreadsheets with ability to source and verify figures.

Responsibilities

• Own the President's calendar, travel, and meeting cadence, ensuring focus time and clear ownership.
• Manage expense reporting and travel logistics, executing with discretion and accuracy.
• Hold the follow-through ledger for leadership cadence and cross-functional commitments.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and provide executive-level briefings and updates.
