Jiffy, a bootstrapped e‑commerce company, is seeking a Senior Business Manager to steer marketing and business initiatives that influence P&L. You’ll own go‑to‑market plans and ensure execution across site, lifecycle, paid and organic channels with AI‑driven insights.

This senior IC role requires 4–8 years in ecommerce, P&L literacy, and hands‑on campaign execution. You’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams, write briefs, and govern vendor relationships, with a hybrid work setup in Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4 to 8 years in e-commerce, growth, business operations, strategy or consulting.
• Hands-on marketing execution: triggered lifecycle flow and paid campaigns.
• P&L literacy with ability to identify revenue and margin levers.
• Experience briefing designers, agencies or vendors to a delivered result.
• Regular use of AI tooling with reusable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle and promotions: design flows, segments, cadence and copy specs.
• Plan and run promotion calendar including offers, coupons and reminders.
• Run onboarding, design handoffs, and creative briefs for campaigns.
• Site and GTM surfaces: align homepage, banners, promos, SEO pages.
• Initiative briefs and business cases: write briefs, define metrics, sequence work.
• Business insights: track CAC/ROAS, retention, AOV and margins by promotion.
