HOAMCO is seeking an Assistant Executive Director to serve as an executive operational leader supporting the General Manager in overseeing HOA governance, financial management, and resort operations at The Monarch Club complex. You will guide the administrative backbone across 1320 homes, ensuring efficient governance and strong community service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large HOA or CID operations with governance and compliance focus.
• Knowledge of California HOA laws and disclosure packages.
• Strong financial oversight and P&L management across entities.
• Experience overseeing landscape operations and resort/hospitality services.
• Certification CCAM/CMCA/AMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Governance and community administration in compliance with applicable laws.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets; analyze variances.
• Oversee landscape and common area operations; vendor management.
• Coordinate across associations and maintain board relations.
• Oversee architectural compliance and resort/hospitality operations.
• Generate regular financial and operational reports; support meetings.
