Job summary
HOAMCO in Surprise, AZ seeks an Assistant Executive Director to lead HOA governance, financial health, and landscape contract oversight. The role also supports resort operations and acts as an executive backup across multiple associations and venues.
The position requires strong leadership, compliance knowledge, and experience with board management systems; certifications such as CCAM/CMCA are highly preferred. Excellent service and teamwork are essential.
Qualifications
- 4+ years leadership in large HOA or CID management.
- CCAM/CAM or CAI designations preferred.
- Strong financial and governance expertise for multi-entity operations.
- Experience with landscape operations and private club services.
Responsibilities
- Enforce CC&Rs and governing documents per applicable acts.
- Assist with annual budget prep and variance analysis.
- Oversee landscape operations and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate cross-association activities and board packets.
- Support banquet/events and resort operations oversight.
