Job summary

HOAMCO seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in governance, operational administration, and complex California compliance for the Monarch Dunes HOA community of 1320 homes.

This leadership role oversees landscape, resort operations, F&B, spa, events, and cross-department coordination, serving as backup executive and ensuring financial health and excellent service.

Qualifications

• HOA-specific education and industry certifications required or equivalent training.
• CMCA/AMS or CCAM certifications preferred.
• Experience with large-scale HOA or CID management.

Responsibilities

• Governance and compliance for 1320 homes; enforce CC&Rs and bylaws.
• Oversee budgets, P&L, and cross-entity financial controls.
• Manage landscape and common area oversight with vendor contracts.
• Coordinate board meetings, elections, and member dispute resolution.
• Support resort operations including F&B, spa, and events as backup.
