Responsibilities
Manage CEO's calendar and inbox with prioritized scheduling and timely follow-up on emails and external coordination.
Oversee complex domestic and international travel, itineraries, and related logistics.
Provide concise pre-meeting briefings with context, decisions needed, and open questions.
Maintain a tracker of commitments and decisions across the org with proactive follow-ups.
Prepare for leadership meetings, reviews, and offsites, and support cross-functional initiatives.
Ensure strict confidentiality and discretion in all executive activities.
Support day-to-day operations of the NYC office, including greeting visitors and hosting guests.
