Job summary

TEKsystems in Appleton, WI seeks a Site Support Analyst to provide hands-on IT support for employees, executives, and visitors at a modern office. You will be the primary onsite resource, handling desktop support, AV, and collaboration tools in a high-visibility environment.

The role combines Level 1/2 desktop support with AV and conference room duties, ensuring systems run smoothly and securely. Excellent customer service and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong desktop and end-user technical support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and connectivity issues.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Experience supporting conference room technology and collaboration platforms.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and serve as the primary onsite technical resource.
• Professional and comfortable supporting executives and other high-visibility users.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple support needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and network-connected equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Windows OS, Microsoft 365 applications, user permissions, account access, and device connectivity.
• Deliver white-glove technical support to executives and leadership with professionalism and discretion.
• Manage user accounts, access, and permissions through Active Directory.
• Perform hardware deployments, workstation setups, software installations, and device troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot and maintain conference room and AV technology including displays, cameras, microphones, and conferencing hardware.
• Support collaboration platforms including Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Poly/Polycom, and BYOD meeting room solutions.
• Assist with conference room deployments, upgrades, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure conference rooms and technology are ready for executive meetings and events.
• Track incidents, service requests, and resolutions through ServiceNow.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
• Partner with infrastructure, networking, security, and collaboration teams to resolve complex issues.
