Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support Columbus, OH and adjacent markets. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and focuses on selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved accounts.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of pharma/biotech sales or military transition, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel including overnights/weekends.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical/biologic/medical device sales experience or recent military transition.
• Reside in the geography or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling oncology therapies within approved accounts.
• Demonstrate product efficacy and articulate value; provide clinical support as needed.
• Develop account strategies with District Manager; identify key accounts and penetration plans.
• Create pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to grow territory sales.
• Utilize approved marketing tools and close sales to advance opportunities.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales.
• Negotiate sales and close orders to meet objectives.
