Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support Cincinnati, OH and surrounding markets. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and focuses on selling oncology therapeutics within approved accounts.

The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge of clinical efficacy, develop account strategies, conduct pre- and post-call planning, and negotiate to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Minimum of two years of pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
• Residing in the geography or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and articulate a value proposition, providing clinical support as needed.
• Develop account strategies with District Manager and plan penetration of key accounts.
• Develop pre- and post-call plans with objectives, probes and approved materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
• Utilize marketing tools and close sales to move to the next step.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve opportunities.
• Negotiate sales and close orders to meet objectives.
