Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive recruitment, senior leadership, and department heads to design onboarding processes for executive hires.
• Uphold an operating model for executive recruitment to standardize services and handoffs.
• Ensure all paperwork and legal requirements are completed and documented.
• Prepare offers, initiate background/education checks and collect information.
• Coordinate complex interview schedules and travel; arrange meetings with executive team.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to build relationships with key teams.
• Establish a feedback loop to improve onboarding based on executive input.
• Maintain documentation and tracking for executive recruitment and pipelines.
• Maintain OneDrive of executive search materials and templates.
• Build and maintain executive tracking and reporting documents.
• Gather research on industry trends and market data for roles.
