The Executive Recruitment Onboarding Coordinator will play a key role in managing and overseeing the onboarding process for executives within Beth Israel Lahey Health. This position is responsible for ensuring that all new executive leaders experience a smooth transition into their roles and integration into the organization. Additionally, this role involves conducting research and analysis of current executive roles nationally to assess the impact of onboarding and identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven insights to enhance executive integration and engagement.
$65,000.00 USD - $80,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
