Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of specialists and drive strategic recruitment across divisions. This role partners with leadership to forecast needs, sets SLAs, and champions DEI while enhancing the employer brand.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years in talent acquisition with supervisory experience, strong project management, and hands-on familiarity with Workday and recruitment technologies. This is a day-shift, on-site role in Boston, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 5-8 years related work experience required and 2-5 years supervisory/management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong project management skills and experience implementing large and small systems/process change events, using LEAN or process improvement tools.
• 2–3 years of recruitment technology or recruitment marketing experience.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws, specifically as it relates to federal contractors.
• Advanced skills with MS Office; Workday experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies that align with hiring managers and business goals.
• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and manage workforce planning.
• Ensure SLAs across teams and monitor vacancy management processes.
• Promote BILH as an employer of choice and enhance the employer brand via social media.
• Utilize recruitment technology to improve candidate quality and hiring efficiency.
