Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to design and drive data-driven recruitment strategies. You will partner with department leaders to forecast needs, manage SLAs, and advance employer branding to attract top talent.

Lead a TA team, oversee budget, and optimize processes using Workday and related tools. Requires strong project management, change management skills, and familiarity with hiring compliance for federal contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; 5-8 years related work experience and 2-5 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong project management and change management experience using LEAN or process improvement tools.
• 2-3 years in recruitment technology or recruitment marketing, depending on focus.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including federal contractors.
• Advanced MS Office; Workday experience preferred.
• Ability to produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven recruitment strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Forge partnerships with department leadership to forecast hiring needs and SLA alignment.
• Promote employer branding and candidate engagement across channels.
• Leverage recruitment tech (Workday, assessments, prescreening) to improve outcomes.
• Oversee vacancy management and monitor metrics for stakeholder satisfaction.
• Direct daily activities of the Talent Acquisition team and manage personnel actions.
• Assist leadership with budget planning for the Talent Acquisition department.
