• Seven years of healthcare recruitment experience.
• AAPPR certification and/or membership desired.

Responsibilities

• Strategic execution & workforce planning aligned with clinical program growth.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for physicians and APPs.
• Oversee onboarding processes including background checks and orientation.
• Lead and develop recruitment and onboarding teams.
• Improve processes with data-driven recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, compensation and credentialing teams.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations.
