• Experience supporting virtual interviews and troubleshooting technology platforms.
• Discretion and ability to manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complex, fast-paced, high-volume scheduling process for executive leaders, candidates, and recruiting teams across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate multi-step interview processes and develop detailed itineraries and communications.
• Administer virtual interview platforms (Teams/Zoom) and troubleshoot issues.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc recruitment reports and manage recruitment data.
• Process financial transactions and support budget monitoring with leadership.
