Qualifications

• Deep understanding of neuroscience disease states and local market dynamics.
• Ability to serve as a trusted resource in the medical community.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual engagement platforms (Zoom, WebEx).
• Strong grasp of payer dynamics, including Part D and specialty pharmacy/hub distribution.

Responsibilities

• Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually with compliant product education.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet sales objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and advocacy groups.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections using advanced selling skills.
• Tailor approved sales aids and brand resources to customer needs.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Guide on pricing, reimbursement, and distribution channels for access.
• Track and report sales activities and expenses in a timely manner.
• Represent Acadia at conferences, exhibits, and trainings; attend meetings as required.
• Mentor and train new sales specialists; contribute to cross-functional projects.
