Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, emphasis in life sciences preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales; neuroscience preferred.
• 8+ years of healthcare sales for Senior/Executive level with account-based selling experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with LTC care team members including physicians, NP/PAs, pharmacists, and facility leadership.
• Deliver compliant clinical, disease state, and reimbursement education tailored to customer needs.
• Identify objections and address customer questions with advanced selling skills.
• Develop knowledge of customers and market trends to inform business planning and territory strategy.
• Create quarterly territory business/action plans to maximize reach within budget.
• Guide on pricing, reimbursement, and LTC profitability; liaise between customers and Acadia.
