Job summary

The Camby, Autograph Collection in Phoenix seeks an Executive Meetings & Events Manager to drive revenue for guest rooms, catering, and events while acting as the main client contact from inquiry to post-event. You will manage groups of 10–25 rooms at peak and oversee both sales and event planning to ensure flawless execution aligned with The Camby luxury brand.

Experience in hotel sales, excellent negotiation and contract interpretation skills, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or 2+ years of hotel sales experience.
• 1 year food & beverage experience.
• Strong negotiation and contract interpretation skills.
• Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Professional appearance and proactive sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Generate guest room, catering, and event revenue from inquiry to completion.
• Own the sales and event planning process for groups of 10–25 rooms on peak.
• Serve as the primary client contact from initial inquiry through event completion.
• Ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences reflecting The Camby luxury lifestyle brand.
• Collaborate with culinary and AV/logistics to design menus and events.
